Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days before shipping.

Shipping carriers
We ship with Canada Post and USPS, depending on the destination.

Estimated delivery times
Canada: 2 to 7 business days after shipping
United States: 5 to 10 business days after shipping
International: 1 to 4 weeks after shipping, depending on the destination and customs

These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays can happen once a package leaves our hands, especially for international orders going through customs.

Free shipping
Free shipping applies to all destinations we ship to, on orders of $120 or more. For remote or international addresses where shipping costs are unusually high, we reserve the right to contact you about an adjusted shipping fee before your order ships.
